Free Children's Health Fair Saturday Feb. 4
The Multnomah Dental Society will hold its annual Free Children’s Health Fair from 10 am-2pm Saturday, Feb. 4, at Lynch View Elementary School, 1546 SE 169th Pl. This community outreach program provides a variety of health and dental related services at no charge. details

Gang prevention focus of parent ed night
The City of Gresham's Youth Advisory Committee is sponsoring a free Gang Prevention Parent Education Night Thursday, Feb. 9 at 7 pm in the Centennial High School auditorium.

The East Metro Gang Enforcement Team will help parents understand:

· What gang recruitment looks like
· Signs to look for in your child
· What parents can do
· How police interact with gang members
· Is your child being bullied?
· Alternative after school activities for students as gang prevention
· Question and Answer session
