Dancing with the Staff a Big Hit 

   On Monday, January 11, 2010 Centennial Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) spoofed the popular reality show, Dancing with the Stars.  FBLA hosted the 2^nd Dancing with the Staff show, which included 12 CHS staff members dancing with 12 FBLA chapter members.

   The evening was entertaining and hysterical, with dances ranged from Disco, to Salsa, to a Tribute to Michael Jackson, and the championship dance was the “Evolution of Dance.”  Social studies teacher Rob Havrilla and his partner Sophomore Emily Ciobanasiu won the crowd and judges over, ultimately winning the title of the 2010 Dancing with the Staff champion. 

   The event’s proceeds were donated to the March of Dimes and raised over $2,800.  FBLA’s was challenged in September by the March of Dimes to raise a Mile of Dimes, nearly $10,000, the chapter has nearly completed the goal with this last event, pushing the total past the $9,000 mark.
